I guess it's time to introduce myself.

I'm Mark Roth, and I'm an actual, honest to goodness, living, breathing person - not some icon conjured up to sell a product.

The reason I'm telling you this is simple... a lot of times when you visit a site, you have no idea if there's a real person or company behind it... this way you know there's someone just like you on the other end of this website.

And just like you, I was being driven up a wall trying to make sense out of all the different programs and marketing methods being used on the web.

I gotta tell you, the people coming up with those “online instructions” must be sadists.

It doesn’t matter what service or product you use or buy… trying to decipher their “how to” manuals is all to often a lesson in both futility and aggravation.

If you’re like me, you’re not a software engineer or internet programmer. Far from it. Hey, let’s be clear here… it was hard enough for me figuring out how to program the cable remote for my TV!

Gimme a Break!

I can’t tell you the number of times I joined a service, such as Clickbank, or PayPal, or Google’s AdWords… and just went nuts trying to do the simplest of tasks. Following their directions was like reading roadmaps to hell.

But these are industry staples, and anyone wanting to do business online has to learn how to use them.

Then there were the marketing “gurus” – each with their own methods of drumming up interest and sales. One guy says you gotta have Flash, another says Flash is dead. Another touts Goodge AdWords, someone else Yahoo.

It was enough to make me wish for the days of typewriters and Rolodex files. (Well.. almost!)

What I really needed was someone sitting down with me, patiently taking me by the hand, going through the entire process - step by step. How to do what I needed to get done – and get it done right. First time out, with no confusing technical or advertising gobbledygook.

So, here I was in a bit of a dilemma.
